Before you start
You need an email address you can access and a phone number. Use your legal name as it appears on your identity document — verification compares the two, and a mismatch is the most common reason a KYC review is delayed.
Steps
هەنگاوی ١: Open the registration page
Go to the signup page. Choose your language from the top-right menu if it did not detect it.
هەنگاوی ٢: Enter your details
Full name, email, phone and a password of at least eight characters with a number and a letter. Tick the box to confirm you have read the Client Agreement and the Risk Disclosure.
هەنگاوی ٣: Confirm your email
A confirmation link arrives within a minute. If it does not, check spam, then use "Resend" on the page. The link expires after 24 hours.
هەنگاوی ٤: Sign in
Return to the client area and sign in with the email and password you chose.
After you sign in
- 1.Verify your identity. The KYC guide explains which documents are accepted. Deposits are possible before verification; withdrawals are not.
- 2.Open a trading account. Registration creates your client area, not a trading account. The account guide walks through the choice.
- 3.Enable two-factor authentication from Security settings. It takes a minute and it is the single most effective thing you can do for the account's safety.
Can I have more than one client area?
No. One person, one client area. You can open several trading accounts inside it.
I did not receive the confirmation email.
Check spam and promotions folders, then use Resend. If nothing arrives after ten minutes, contact support with the email address you registered.
Can I change my email later?
Yes, from Profile settings, after confirming the new address. Support may ask for verification if the account is already KYC-approved.
