Why it is required
NPE Market is required to confirm who its clients are before paying money out. Verification protects your account too: a withdrawal to someone who is not you is refused because the name does not match. See the AML/KYC policy for the full rules.
Documents
| Purpose | Accepted | Not accepted |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Passport, national ID card, driving licence — valid, unexpired | Photocopies, student cards, expired documents |
| Address | Utility bill, bank statement, government letter — issued within 3 months | Mobile phone bills, screenshots, documents without your name |
The name and date of birth on the identity document must match your profile exactly.
Taking the photo
مرحلہ 1: Use the original document
Lay it flat on a dark surface. All four corners must be inside the frame.
مرحلہ 2: Good light, no flash
Daylight or a lamp from the side. Flash creates a glare over the photo and the numbers.
مرحلہ 3: Check it is readable
Zoom in before uploading. If you cannot read the document number, the reviewer cannot either.
مرحلہ 4: Upload from Verification
In the client area, open Verification, choose the document type, upload the front (and back for cards), then the proof of address.
Review statuses
- Pending — received, in the queue. Most reviews complete within a few hours; allow one business day.
- Additional information requested — a message explains what is missing. Upload it from the same page.
- Rejected — the reason is shown. The usual ones: blurry image, cropped corners, expired document, name mismatch. Fix the cause and upload again.
- Verified — done. Withdrawals are now available.
Can I trade before I am verified?
You can open accounts and deposit. Withdrawals require verification.
My document is in Persian. Is that accepted?
Yes. Documents in any language are accepted as long as the name, date of birth and document number are legible.
I moved recently and have no bill at the new address.
A bank statement or an official letter addressed to you at the new address is accepted. Contact support if you have neither.
