What you need
Your trading account login: the account number, the server name and the trading password. These were shown when you opened the account and are in the confirmation email. Your client-area email and password will not work in MT5.
Install
Download MetaTrader 5 for Windows, macOS, iOS or Android from the platform page. The web terminal needs no installation. Use the NPE Market download rather than a generic one so the server appears in the list automatically.
Steps
Paso 1: Open the login dialog
Desktop: File → Login to Trade Account. Mobile: Settings → New Account → Login to an existing account.
Paso 2: Find the server
Type "NPE" in the server search. Choose the server named in your account email — a demo account and a real account use different servers.
Paso 3: Enter login and password
Login is the account number. Password is the trading password. Leave "Save password" ticked on your own device only.
Paso 4: Check the connection
Bottom-right of the desktop terminal shows the connection speed in green when live. "No connection" or "Invalid account" means one of the three details is wrong — see the login problems guide.
Investor password
Each account also has an investor password that opens the account read-only — for sharing with an accountant or a copy-trading service without giving them the ability to trade. Set it from the account's settings in the client area.
The server is not in the list.
Use the NPE Market download from the platform page, or add it manually with the server address from your account email.
Can I be logged in on two devices at once?
Yes. Positions and orders are on the server; every terminal sees the same account.
