Before you request
- Your identity must be verified.
- The money must be in your wallet. Funds in a trading account are transferred to the wallet first; the transfer is instant, but it will not succeed while it would leave open positions under margin.
- Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with, up to the amount deposited. Profits can be withdrawn by the available methods shown.
Steps
Paso 1: Open Withdraw
In the client area, choose Withdraw from the wallet.
Paso 2: Choose the method and destination
For crypto, enter the wallet address and network exactly. For bank transfer, the account must be in your name.
Paso 3: Enter the amount and confirm
If two-factor authentication is on, approve the request with your code. A confirmation email is sent.
Paso 4: Follow the status
Transaction History shows the request moving through the stages below.
Processing stages

| Processing | Approved and sent to the payment provider |
| Completed | Sent. Bank transfers take 1–3 business days to land; crypto usually under an hour |
| Returned | Refused; the reason is shown and the funds are back in the wallet |
Verified accounts are typically processed the same day. A request submitted at the weekend is reviewed on the next business day.
Common reasons for delay or return
- 1.Verification incomplete or expired document. Upload the missing item; the request is reviewed again automatically.
- 2.Destination not in your name. Payments only go to you.
- 3.Bonus conditions. A withdrawal that would breach an active bonus's terms removes the bonus first. The bonus guide explains the rules.
- 4.Open positions under margin. Reduce exposure, then transfer to the wallet.
Is there a withdrawal fee?
NPE Market does not charge for withdrawals. Network and bank fees may apply and are shown before you confirm.
Can I cancel a request?
While it is Pending, yes, from Transaction History. Once it is Processing it has been sent.
