Spreads from 0.2 pips plus $3 per side, which is $6 round turn on a standard lot, taken in full when the position opens. On EUR/USD that commission works out at about 0.6 of a pip.

Swap-free (Islamic) status is not available on ECN accounts. Standard swap is charged on positions held overnight. Spreads are live and shown only while a market is open. Forex and metals are closed from midnight Saturday to midnight Monday, broker time (UTC+3), and most non-crypto books pause briefly each day for settlement; a closed instrument shows a dash rather than its last price, because the spread a broker widens into a close is not what that trade costs when the market reopens. For a representative picture, look between those times. Spread is ask minus bid, shown in pips. A pip is ten points in every market except crypto, where it is one hundred — so one pip is 0.0001 on EURUSD, 0.01 on USDJPY, 0.10 on gold and 1.00 on BTCUSD. Commission figures are round turn: opening and closing combined. The broker quotes one bid; the price difference between accounts sits on the ask. These prices come directly from the broker's trading platform.
Splitting the cost into a spread and a commission is not automatically cheaper. Here is the sum on the pair most people trade.
One standard lot of EUR/USD moves $10 per pip, so $6 round turn is 0.6 of a pip. Add the 0.2 spread and the trade costs about 0.8 pips — against 1.1 all-in on Standard.
The rate is $3 a side, $6 the round turn — but the whole $6 is charged as the position opens, not half at each end. A terminal shows the per-side figure; the number worth budgeting is the $6, and it leaves your equity at entry.
Four times the Standard minimum. That is the trade being made: a higher entry for pricing that pays back with volume.
ECN accounts cannot be made swap-free. Standard swap is charged on positions held overnight.
Currencies, metals, indices, energy and crypto all trade here. Individual shares are the exception — those trade on ECN Pro only.
The same figures the comparison table and the live board quote.
0.2 pips and $6 a lot. Whether that beats 1.1 all-in depends on your volume — the comparison page shows the sum.
